What kind of jewelry vibe are you especially loving right now and why?
For summer I’m really loving a lot of textured bangles and bracelets stacks. I’m especially into a classic mix by injecting diamonds, pearls, and a touch of onyx into my stack that look really good against a tan. I love when jewelry really looks like it’s become a part of you and worn in a really nonchalant and effortless way, especially on the beaches of a chic Greek island.
How are you styling some of these jewels personally?
I’m always switching out and mixing up my usual layers especially depending on what vintage watch I’m wearing. I’m also focusing on curating one stacked statement at a time, depending on what I’m wearing, like either a necklace waterfall, a ring or earring party, or a bracelet stack kind of day. A touch of diamonds for daytime in high summer sun is always stunning so I’ve been adding those in with maybe a beaded strand too. I also think it’s fun to play with other categories like an ear cuff for summer, I love the Hirotaka ones.

Are there some trends you’re really into right now?
I’m loving this “found objects” trend like Michael Rider’s jewelry at Celine against something sharp and clean. Like curated mess vs. minimalism. Mixing the precious with the semi precious and layered in a very personal way. I’m also really loving a mix of semi-precious colored gemstones. Adding some unexpected color and joy to your jewelry wardrobe is a fun way to make your jewelry dance like one of Harry Styles or Robyn’s new pumping songs.
What about summer are you most excited about?
I think we really needed a fun summer in New York after such a brutal winter and a crazy year of change, but the energy is shifting really positively. Connecting with friends over cocktails and just enjoying the company of my husband is truly what I’m looking forward to.
Aside from work trips, do you have any other fun upcoming travels? What are your must-have's when traveling?
My work takes me on many travels, which by the way is the best way to add some local color to your jewelry box. I’m excited to have some relaxing vacation travel too. We have a few trips coming up and I’ll go to Miami to check in on family there. And speaking of Greece, I’m very excited to take some days in the Greek isle of Hydra, where I’m never without a few changes of jewelry, a Miu Miu sandal or two and a great totes for the beach or shopping around.
