SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to clients at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. shipping and billing address. Packages valued for $250 or more include complimentary shipping insurance and require a signature from an adult at the time of delivery.
A client can request a waiver of the "signature at the time of delivery," and understands this waiver will make the items final sale and no longer eligible for return or exchange.
RETURNS:
Subject to certain exceptions noted below, we are pleased to accept the timely returns of new and unused products within 24 hours from the date that the order was delivered to you. Once a return label is generated by our Client Services team, the client has 7-business days to return the item in its original packaging.
The following items and sales are considered Final Sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items, except in certain circumstances in jurisdictions where returns, exchanges, or refunds are required by law.

- USPS Parcel Select Ground on Orders Under $250 or Not Insured - Domestic Only. Client costs are calculated at checkout.
